A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a public school (teacher's residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of November 1953.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 0·8 perches. Being Lot 4, D.P. 19099, Town of Titirangi, being part Allotment 35, Parish of Waikomiti, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 609, folio 47 (Auckland Land Registry).
