Additional Land Taken, Subject to a Water Pipe-line Easement, for a Public School in the City of New Plymouth

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the water pipe-line easement created by Memorandum of Transfer No. 56717 (Taranaki Land Registry), for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of November 1953.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 3 roods 18 perches.

Being part Subdivision A 1 of Section 43, Fitzroy District, D.P. 1929.

Situated in Block V, Paritutu Survey District (City of New Plymouth), (Taranaki R.D.). (S.O. 8604.)

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 141553, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 5th day of November 1953.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a secondary school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of November 1953.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 10·8 perches.

Being part of Section 584, Town of Wellington.

Situated in the City of Wellington, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 401, folio 292 (limited as to parcels and title) (Wellington Land Registry).

Being part Lot 1, D.P. 13451 (Town of Waiuku Extension No. 18), being portion of Allotment 76, Parish of Waiuku East, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 884, folio 198 (Auckland Land Registry).
