Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936 (Waikato Development Scheme)

Pursuant to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice, dated the 17th day of October 1938 and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 77 of 20 October 1938 at page 2260, whereby the provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936 were applied to, inter alia, the said land.

Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936 (Waikato Development Scheme)

Pursuant to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice, dated the 12th day of December 1938 and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 92 of 15 December 1938 at page 2787, whereby the provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936 were applied to, inter alia, the said land.

Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936 (Manunui Development Scheme)

Pursuant to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby revokes a certain notice, dated the 14th day of November 1949 and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 70 of 17 November 1949 at page 2690, whereby the land known as Hohotaka 2r 4 Block, situate in the Piopiotea Survey District, was declared to be subject to the provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936.
