His Excellency The Governor-General in Council
Pursuant to section 34 of the Public Reserves and Domains Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the reserves for recreation in the Wellington Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserves shall hereafter be known as the Trentham Memorial Park and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
Lot 2, Deposited Plan No. 16179, being part Sections 88 and 89, Hutt District, and part closed road, situated in Block I, Rimutaka Survey District: Area, 65 acres 2 roods 20 perches, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 593, folio 146.
Also Lot 26, Deposited Plan No. 15910, being part Sections 88 and 89, Hutt District, and part closed road, situated in Block I, Rimutaka Survey District: Area, 1 acre 1 rood 20 perches, more or less. Pursuant to section 34 of the Public Reserves and Domains Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the reserve for recreation in the South Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserve shall hereafter form part of the Te Teko Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Te Teko Domain Board.
