A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 5 acres 2 roods.
Being part Reserve 1113.
Situated in Block IV, Rakaia Survey District (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 8626.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 141294, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 28th day of September 1953.
