A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilization; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of September 1953.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a parking place and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Lower Hutt as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of September 1953.

Land Taken for an Institution for the Reception or Relief of Aged Persons in the City of Napier

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an institution for the reception or relief of aged persons, and shall vest in the Hawke's Bay Hospital Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of September 1953.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 6 acres 3 roods 10.3 perches.
Being part Ahuriri Lagoon. Situated in the City of Napier (Hawke's Bay R.D.). (S.O. 2675.) In the Hawke's Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 141186, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a mental hospital; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of September 1953.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 31.7 perches. Being part of Kahukura Nos. 1 and 2B, being also Lot 2, D.P. 11306 (Town of Waitarere Extension No. 15), and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 507, folio 245 (Wellington Land Registry).
