Crown Land Set Apart for Road in Block VII, Turiwhate Survey District

NORRIE, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of September 1953.

NORRIE, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of September 1953.
SCHEDULE APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 1 rood. Being Section 14, Waipara Township. Situated in Block I, Teviotdale Survey District (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 8619.) In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 141222, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

NORRIE, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for an automatic-telephone exchange; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of September 1953.
SCHEDULE APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 13 perches. Being part Section 4. Situated in Block X, Te Kinga Survey District (Westland R.D.). (S.O. 4604.) In the Westland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 140811, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

SCHEDULE APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 9.2 perches. Being part Rural Section 3985. Situated in Block IV, Brunner Survey District (Westland R.D.). (S.O. 4635.) In the Westland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 141047, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

NORRIE, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.
SCHEDULE APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 1 acre 4.3 perches. Being part Section 1, Block LVIII, Town of Rotorua, and being the whole of the land in Proclamation No. S26982, Auckland Land Registry. Situated in Block I, Tarawera Survey District (Borough of Rotorua) (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 34990.) In the South Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 135803, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

SCHEDULE APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 35.3 perches. Being Lot 1, D.P. 16860, being part Rural Section 1503, situated in Block XIV, Christchurch Survey District, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 532, folio 246 (Canterbury Land Registry).
