Land Subject to the Housing Act 1919 Declared Crown Land Available for Reservation Under the Land Act 1948

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (1) of section 8 of the Housing Amendment Act 1940, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, being land subject to the Housing Act 1919, to be Crown land available for reservation under the Land Act 1948.
SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
Lot 9, Deposited Plan No. 15126, being part Rural Section 85, situated in Block X, Christchurch Survey District: Area, 3 acres 1 rood 30·7 perches, more or less. Part certificates of title, Volume 477, folio 25, Volume 36, folio 227, Volume 32, folio 216, and Volume 503, folio 179.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 17th day of September 1953.

Crown Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.
SCHEDULE
TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT—WELLINGTON CONSERVANCY
ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District, Whangamomona County, containing by admeasurement 10 acres, more or less, and being Section 7, Block XI, Ngatimaru Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 60/2, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (Taranaki plan S.O. 839.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 16th day of September 1953.

PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Hokianga County, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 3 roods 13·7 perches, more or less, being Section 17, Block XV, Maungataniwha Survey District, and Lot 1 as shown on plan No. 34365, deposited in the Auckland Land Registry, being part of Section 16, Block XV aforesaid. As the same is more particularly delineated on plans Nos. 5/39 and 5/59, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (Auckland plan S.O. 36811.)

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of September 1953.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 4·8 perches.
Being part Section 13, Wharenui Hamlet (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 7619.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 123358, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 18th day of September 1953.
