A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, 1, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto is hereby taken for defence purposes.

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington.

SECOND SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 21 perches.
Being part of the land on D.P. 9561, being portion of Allotment 158, Parish of Takapuna, and being the balance of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 234, folio 167 (Auckland Land Registry).
Situated in the Borough of Birkenhead.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 12th day of September 1953.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for defence purposes.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 3 acres 36·9 perches.
Being part Rural Section 1371.
Situated in Blocks X and XIV, Christchurch Survey District (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 8614.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 140911, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 12th day of September 1953.

Land Taken for Housing Purposes in Block XVI, Lowry Peaks Survey District
[I.S.] C. W. M. NORRIE, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of September 1953.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 acre.
Being Section 35, situated in Block XVI, Lowry Peaks Survey District, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 233, folio 58 (Canterbury Land Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 7th day of September 1953.
