Crown Land Set Apart for Housing Purposes in the City of Auckland

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of September 1953

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 38 acres 2 roods 32 perches.
Being part Allotments 2 and 5, Tamaki West Small Farms, in Proclamation 13406.

Situated in Block II, Otahuhu Survey District, and Block IX, Rangitoto Survey District (City of Auckland) (Auckland R.D.).

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan numbered 23831, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland, and thereon coloured red and blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 12th day of September 1953.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for post-and-telegraph purposes (line depot); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of September 1953.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 1 rood 33Β·3 perches.
Being Section 12.

Situated in Block XVII, Town of Alexandra (Borough of Alexandra) (Otago R.D.). (S.O. 11467.)

In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 137978, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 14th day of September 1953.
