A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 5 acres 2 roods 36 perches. Adjoining Allotments S.W. 113, N.E. 113, S.W. 114, N.E. 114, 115A, 300, and part Allotment 115, Matakohe Parish. Situated in Block X, Matakohe Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 37279.) In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 140872, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
