Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for an Automatic-telephone
Exchange in Block X, Te Kinga Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and
declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in
the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by
John Frederick Dobbin, of Rotomanu, Farmer, under and
by virtue of Crown lease, Volume 47, folio 140 (Westland
Registry), is hereby taken for an automatic-telephone
exchange; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the 17th day of August 1953.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land in respect of which
the above-described leasehold estate is taken: 13 perches.
Being part Section 4.
Situated in Block X, Te Kinga Survey District (West-
land R.D.). (S.O. 4604.)
In the Westland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 140811,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 5th day of August 1953.

vernor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare

hereby taken for the South Island Main Trunk Railway.
