CONDITIONS

IMPLIED CONDITIONS

  1. The conditions directly to be implied in all licences
    by the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935 and the Electrical
    Wiring Regulations 1935, shall be incorporated in and shall
    form part of this licence except in so far as the same may be
    inconsistent with the provisions hereof.

LICENCE SUBJECT TO REGULATIONS

  1. In respect of the electric lines hereby authorized the
    licensees shall comply with the Electrical Supply Regulations
    1935, the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1935, the Radio Inter-
    ference Regulations 1934, and with all regulations hereafter
    made in amendment thereof or in substitution therefor
    respectively.

SYSTEM OF SUPPLY

  1. The system of supply shall be an alternating current
    system as described in paragraph (d) of regulation 21-01 of
    the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935.

DURATION OF LICENCE

  1. Unless sooner lawfully determined this licence shall
    continue in force until the 31st day of March 1974, or until
    electrical energy is available from an electric-power board or
    some other public source of supply, whichever is the earlier.

SCHEDULE

LINES for the supply of electrical energy by the system of
supply hereinbefore described commencing from the licensees'
generator situated in Section 43, Block IV, Mangawhero
Survey District, and proceeding as follows:

(a) In an easterly direction to the homestead situated in
the said Section 43.

(b) In a westerly direction across the Mangamahu Valley
Road and the Wangaehu River; thence in a
southerly direction to a pole situated in Section 3,
Block III, Mangawhero Survey District with branch
lines leading as follows:

(1) In a south-westerly direction to a cottage
situated in the said Section 3;

(2) In a southerly direction across the
Wangaehu River and the Mangamahu Valley Road
to a cottage situated in Section 42, Block IV,
Mangawhero Survey District.

All being situated in the County of Wanganui. The said
lines being more particularly shown by means of blue lines
on the plan marked S.H.D. 238, deposited in the office of the
State Hydro-electric Department at Wellington.

Altering and Redefining the Boundaries of the Peria Rabbit

District (Notice No. Ag. 5474)

ORDER IN COUNCIL

At the Government House at Wellington, this 22nd day of
July 1953

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

Pursuant to the Rabbit Nuisance Act 1928, and to
section 29 of the Rabbit Nuisance Amendment Act 1947,
His Excellency the Governor-General, at the request of the
Minister of Agriculture, made on the recommendation of the
Rabbit Destruction Council, and acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council, hereby-

  1. Alters and redefines the boundaries of the Peria
    Rabbit District by adding thereto the areas of land the
    boundaries of which are described in the First Schedule
    hereto.

  2. Declares that the boundaries of the said district as
    so altered and redefined shall be those set forth in the Second
    Schedule hereto.


FIRST SCHEDULE

BOUNDARIES OF THE AREAS TO BE ADDED TO THE PERIA RABBIT

DISTRICT

FIRST, all that area in the South Auckland Land District of
approximately 23,400 acres situated in the Piako and Matamata
Counties and the Borough of Matamata, bounded by a line
commencing at a point in Block VIII, Wairere Survey District,
in the middle of the Waitoa-Wairakei Main Highway and in
line with the middle of Station Road, and running southerly
generally along the middle of the aforesaid main highway,
and along a right line, being the middle-line of that highway
produced to the middle of the Auckland-Rotorua Railway;
thence along the middle of the aforesaid railway to the
middle of Totmans Road; thence north-westerly generally
along the middle of Totmans Road aforesaid, to and along
the middle of Taotaorora Road to a point in line with the
north-western boundary of part Lot 1, as shown on the plan
numbered 8073, deposited in the office of the District Land
Registrar at Auckland, being part of Hinuera No. 1B 2
Block; thence northerly generally along a right line, to and

along the north-western boundary of the said part of Lot 1,
along the western boundary of part of Section 123, Matamata
Settlement, and along a right line, being the last-mentioned
boundary produced to the middle of Bucklands Road; thence
along the southern and eastern boundaries of Peria Rabbit
District, as described in the New Zealand Gazette No. 71 of
the 10th day of October 1946, page 1573, to and along the
middle of Station Road to the point of commencement.

Secondly, all that area in the South Auckland Land
District of approximately 18,200 acres, situated in Matamata
County, bounded by a line commencing at a point in Block
XI, Cambridge Survey District, being the westernmost corner
of Lot 8A, as shown on the plan numbered 2757, deposited in
the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland, being
part of Hinuera No. 2 Block and running north-easterly
generally along the north-western and eastern boundaries of
the aforesaid Lot 8A, the north-eastern boundary of Lot 10,
as shown on the aforesaid plan numbered 2757, the north-
western boundary of Lot 1, as shown on the plan numbered
27787, deposited as aforesaid, being part of the aforesaid
Hinuera No. 2 Block, to the northernmost corner of the last-
mentioned lot; thence along the eastern boundary of Lot 9A,
as shown on the aforesaid plan numbered 2757, to a point in
line with the north-western boundary of part of Lot 2, as
shown on the plan numbered C 37, lodged in the office of the
Registrar of Deeds at Auckland, being part of the aforesaid
block; thence along a right line to and along the north-
western, north-eastern, and eastern boundaries of the aforesaid
part of Lot 2, along the northern boundary of Lot 1, as
shown on the plan numbered 31286, deposited as aforesaid,
being part of Section 136, Matamata Settlement, to and down
the middle of the Mangapapa Stream to a point in line with
the southern boundary of Lot 1, as shown on the plan
numbered 19658, deposited as aforesaid, being part of Section
143, of the aforesaid settlement; thence easterly generally
along a right line to and along the aforesaid southern
boundary to the north-western corner of Section 142, of the
aforesaid Matamata Settlement; thence southerly generally
along the western boundary of Section 142 aforesaid, along
the western boundaries of Sections 141 and 140, of the said
settlement, the western boundary of Lot 1 of Section 139, of
the aforesaid settlement, the western boundary of Lot 3, as
shown on the plan numbered 9908, deposited as aforesaid,
being part of Section 138, of the aforesaid settlement, along
a right line across Bucklands Road, to and along the western
boundary of part of Section 123, of the aforesaid Matamata
Settlement, along the north-western boundary of part of Lot 1,
as shown on the plan numbered 8073, deposited as aforesaid,
being part of Hinuera No. 1B 2 Block, and along a right line,
being the last-mentioned boundary produced to the middle of
Taotaorora Road; thence along the middle of that road to and
along the middle of the Pairere-Kaimai Main Highway and
the middle of the Hamilton-Rotorua State Highway to a point
in line with the eastern boundary of Lot VI, as shown on the
plan numbered 3300, deposited as aforesaid, being part of
Hinuera No. 2 Block aforesaid; thence along a right line to
and along the eastern boundary of Lot VI aforesaid, crossing
an intervening public road, and along a right line, being that
boundary produced to the middle of the Waikato River;
thence westerly generally down the middle of the Waikato
River aforesaid, to a point in line with the western boundary
of Lot 1, as shown on the plan numbered 28925, deposited as
aforesaid, being part of Hinuera No. 2 Block aforesaid;
thence northerly generally along a right line to and along
the western boundary of Lot 1 aforesaid, the western boundary
of part of Lot IV, as shown on the plan numbered 3300
aforesaid, and along a right line, being the last-mentioned
boundary produced to the middle of the aforesaid Taotaorora
Road; thence along the middle of Taotaorora Road aforesaid,
the middle of Todd's Road, and the middle of Buckland Road
to a point in line with the south-western boundary of Lot 7,
as shown on the said plan numbered C 37; thence along a
right line, to and along the south-western boundary of Lot 7
aforesaid, along the south-western boundaries of Lots 9 and
8A as shown on the aforesaid plan numbered 2757, to the point
of commencement.


SECOND SCHEDULE

BOUNDARIES OF THE PERIA RABBIT DISTRICT

ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District of
approximately 67,500 acres, situated in the Piako and
Matamata Counties and the Borough of Matamata, bounded
by a line commencing in Block XVI, Maungakawa Survey
District, being the point of intersection of the middle of the
Piakonui Stream with the middle of the Ngatea-Waharoa
Main Highway and running easterly and north-easterly
generally along the aforesaid main highway and Station Road
to the middle of the Waitoa-Wairakei Main Highway; thence
southerly generally along the middle of the aforesaid main
highway and along a right line, being the middle line of that
highway produced to the middle of the Auckland-Rotorua
Railway; thence along the middle of the aforesaid railway
to the middle of Totmans Road; thence westerly generally
along the middle of Totmans Road aforesaid, the middle of
the Pairere-Kaimai Main Highway, and the middle of the
Hamilton-Rotorua State Highway to a point in line with the
eastern boundary of Lot VI, as shown on the plan numbered
3300, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar
at Auckland, being part of Hinuera No. 2 Block; thence
along a right line, to and along the eastern boundary of Lot
