BOUNDARIES OF THE COUNTY OF KAIRANGA
All that area in the Wellington Land District, bounded towards the north-east generally by the Wellington - New Plymouth Railwayline from the middle of the Oroua River to the Bunnythorpe - Stoney Creek Road; thence by that road to the road forming the north-western boundaries of Sections 41 and 30, Block VIII, Kairanga Survey District; thence by the last-mentioned road to the road forming the north-eastern boundary of the latter section; thence by the road forming the north-eastern boundaries of Sections 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, and 20, Block VIII aforesaid, to the road forming the south-eastern boundary of the last-mentioned Section; thence to and along the north-eastern boundary of Section 411 to Te Wi Maori Reserve; thence along the western and northern boundaries of that reserve to the Manawatu River; thence by a right line across that river to the middle of the road forming the north-eastern boundaries of Sections 254 and 253, Block XII, Kairanga Survey District, and by a line along the middle of that road to the southern-most corner of Subdivision 34, Manchester Block; thence by the south-eastern boundaries of Subdivisions 34, 33, 32, 30, 28, 26, 24, 20, 18, 16, 14, 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, and 2, Ferry Reserve, and Subdivisions 50 and 49, to the Manawatu River; thence by a line along the middle of the Manawatu River to a point in line with the western boundary of Section 1, Block I, Mangahao Survey District; thence to and along the western boundary of Section 1 aforesaid and its production to the eastern side of Range Road North; thence in a general south-westerly direction along the eastern side of Range Road North to its intersection with the south-western boundary of part Subdivision 3 of Section 26, Block II, Mangahao Survey District; thence along the south-western boundary of Subdivision 3 of Section 26 to the northernmost corner of Section 2, Block II, Mangahao Survey District; thence along the eastern side of the road forming the north-western boundaries of Sections 2 and 10, Block II, Mangahao Survey District, to and along Range Road North, across the Palmerston North-Pahiutua Road, and along the eastern side of Range Road South to the south-western corner of Section 13, Block XIX, Mangahao Survey District; thence along the south-western boundary of Section 13 aforesaid, the north-western boundaries of Sections 1, 2, 3, Block VI, and Section 4, Block V, Mangahao Survey District, and the abutment of Marima Ridge Road to the north-western corner of Section 9, Block IX, Mangahao Survey District; thence along a right line to Marima Trig. Station; thence along a right line to Arawaru Trig. Station; thence north-westerly along a right line to the easternmost corner of Section 315, Block VIII, Arawaru Survey District; thence along the south-eastern boundaries of Sections 315, 316, 317, and 318, Block VIII aforesaid, to the southernmost corner of the last-mentioned Section; thence north-westerly generally along the south-western boundaries of Section 318, Block VIII, Sections 319, 320, and 333, Block VI, Arawaru Survey District, to the westernmost corner of the last-mentioned Section; thence along the north-western boundary of Section 333 aforesaid, to the public road forming the northern boundary of the said Section 333; thence north-westerly along a right line to Mangawarawara Trig. Station at the easternmost corner of Tuwhakatupua No. 1A Block, as shown on plan W.D. 890, deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Wellington; thence north-westerly along the north-eastern boundary of Tuwhakatupua No. 1A aforesaid to the Manawatu River; thence to and along the middle of the Manawatu River to its confluence with the Oroua River; thence up the middle of the Oroua River to the Wellington-New Plymouth Railway-line, the point of commencement; excluding therefrom the City of Palmerston North.

BOUNDARIES OF THE TAONUI RIDING OF THE COUNTY OF KAIRANGA
All that area in the Wellington Land District, Kairanga County, bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the boundary of the Kairanga County as hereinbefore described and the middle of the Manawatu River in Block I, Arawaru Survey District, and proceeding westerly, north-easterly, and south-easterly generally along the boundary of the county described as aforesaid to the middle of the Manawatu River; thence south-westerly down the middle of that river to a point in line with the south-western boundary of Lot 2 on D.P. 10732; thence north-westerly along that line to the right bank of the Manawatu River; thence north-westerly, south-westerly, and south-easterly generally along the boundary of the City of Palmerston North hereinbefore described to the right bank of the Manawatu River; thence south-easterly along the production of the middle line of Maxwell's Line to the middle of the Manawatu River; thence south-westerly along the middle of that river to its intersection with the aforesaid county boundary, the point of commencement.

BOUNDARIES OF THE FITZHERBERT RIDING OF THE COUNTY OF KAIRANGA
All that area in the Wellington Land District, Kairanga County, bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the boundary of the Kairanga County as hereinbefore described and the middle of the Manawatu River in Block I, Arawaru Survey District, and proceeding north-easterly along the middle of the Manawatu River to the production of the middle line of Maxwell's Line; thence north-westerly along that production to the right bank of the Manawatu River; thence north-easterly along the boundary of the City of Palmerston North, hereinbefore described, to the production of the south-western boundary of Lot 2 on D.P. 10732; thence south-easterly along that production to the middle of the Manawatu River and north-easterly along the middle of that river to its intersection with the boundary of the said county; thence easterly, south-westerly, and north-westerly generally along the said county boundary to the point of commencement.

Revocation of Approval of Testing Officer Under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940
Pursuant to regulation 5 of the Motor-drivers Regulations 1940, the Minister of Transport hereby revokes the approval of the person named in Column 2 of the Schedule hereunder as Testing Officer under the said regulations for the authority in Column 1 of the said Schedule.

Exemption Order Under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940
Pursuant to the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940, the Minister of Transport doth hereby order and declare that the provisions of clause (1) of regulation 7 of the said regulations so far as they relate to the driving of heavy trade motors shall not apply to the person hereinafter mentioned, but in lieu thereof the following provision shall apply:
A motor-driver's licence issued under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940 to the person described in Column 1 of the Schedule hereunder may authorize him to drive a heavy trade motor in the course of his employment for the employer described in Column 2 of the said Schedule, but shall not authorize him, while he is under the age of eighteen years, to drive a heavy trade motor for any other purpose.

Law Practitioners Amendment Act 1935
Pursuant to the Law Practitioners Amendment Act 1935 notice is hereby given that the Disciplinary Committee of the New Zealand Law Society on the 2nd day of July 1953 ordered that the name of Francis William Aickin, of Wellington, be removed at his own request from the rolls of barristers and solicitors of the Supreme Court of New Zealand to enable him to appear before Councils of Conciliation and the Court of Arbitration.
