Declaring Land Taken for a Government Work and Not Required for that Purpose to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 5 acres.

Being part Section 375, Block 9L, and being part of the land in Proclamation No. 77 (Canterbury Land Registry).

Situated in Block IV, Halswell Survey District (Borough of Lyttelton). (Canterbury R.D.)

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 14018 (Sheet 2), deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 21st day of July 1953.

Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948, subject to the condition as to buildings or hoardings imposed by K.33078. (Wellington Land Registry.)

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 29.35 perches.

Being Lot 502, D.P. 15764, being part of Section 108, Porirua District, situated in Block II, Belmont Survey District, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 571, folio 56 (Wellington Land Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 21st day of July 1953.

Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948, subject to the conditions as to buildings or hoardings imposed by K. 30816 (Wellington Land Registry).

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 29.84 perches.

Being part Ngarara West B 7, Subdivision 2A.

Situated in Block III, Kapiti Survey District (Hutt County). (S.O. 22853.)

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for housing purposes, is hereby set apart for police purposes (residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of July 1953.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 1 rood 25.4 perches.

Being Lots 94 and 95, D.P. S 764, being parts Tokoroa No. 1 Block, situated in Block VIII, Patetere South Survey District, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 1023, folio 282 (Auckland Land Registry).

Being part Ngarara West B 7, Subdivision 2A.

Situated in Block III, Kapiti Survey District (Hutt County). (S.O. 22853.)

Being Section 1, Block V, Town of Frankton, being part of the land in Proclamation No. 5509 (Otago Land Registry), (Otago R.D.). (S.O. 9494.)

In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 123767, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
