Declaring Land to be Subject to Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936 (Hokianga Development Scheme)

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act.

THE following lands situated in the Tokanau Maori Land Court District, North Auckland Land District:

Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936 (Horohe Development Scheme)

PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 19th day of April 1940, and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 36 of the 24th day of April 1940, at page 772, whereby the provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936, were applied to, inter alia, the said land.

Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936 (Korohe Development Scheme)

PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 31st day of August 1937 and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 63 of the 9th day of September 1937, at page 2161, whereby the provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936 were applied to, inter alia, the said Land.
