the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the land
described in the Schedule hereto being taken for a yard and
depot.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land permitted to be taken:
1 acre 3 roods 27 perches.
Being Section 8, Town of Waikoikoi, and being the whole of
the land comprised and described in certificate of title,
Volume 87, folio 54 (Otago Land Registry).

THE HON. K. J. HOLYOAKE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 3 of the Kauri-gum Industry Amend-
ment Act 1915, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles
Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council, hereby exclude from the area set apart
under the said Act for the purpose of promoting the systematic
recovery of kauri-gum and other valuable products contained
therein, the lands described in the Schedule hereto, such
lands having been set apart by an Order in Council dated
the 9th day of October 1922, and published in the New
Zealand Gazette on the 12th day of that month.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has
been duly set apart as a reserve for recreation purposes:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General,
it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Mayor, Council-

day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule
hereto shall become vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and
Citizens of the City of Auckland, in trust, for recreation
purposes.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto
has been duly set apart as a reserve for recreation
purposes:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General,
it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Mayor, Coun-
cillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 9 of the Public
Reserves and Domains Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-
General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council, hereby declares that, from and after the
day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule
hereto shall become vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and
Citizens of the City of Wellington, in trust, for recreation
purposes.

ALL that area situated in Block XI, Port Nicholson Survey
District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre and 36.81 perches,
more or less, being Lot 61 as shown on a plan deposited in
the Land Registry Office at Wellington under No. 15414,
being part Section 12, Watts Peninsula District. Subject to
the reservations and conditions imposed by section 59 of
the Land Act 1948.

Burgesses of the Borough of Ohakune:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 9 of the Public
Reserves and Domains Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-
General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council, hereby declares that, from and after the
day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule
hereto shall become vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and
Burgesses of the Borough of Ohakune, in trust, for a site for
saleyards.
