Crown Land Set Apart for a Public Works Depot in Block III, Kawatiri Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a public works depot; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of June 1953.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 6 acres 1 rood 8 perches. Being part Section 1140, Town of Westport, and part Sections 35 and 36. Situated in Block III, Kawatiri Survey District (Nelson R.D.). (S.O. 9723.) In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 140220, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 17th day of June 1953.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of June 1953.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 1 acre 2 roods 3 perches. Being part Allotment 10, Section 13, Suburbs of Auckland. Situated in Block IV, Titirangi Survey District (Borough of Mount Roskill), (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 35775) In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 12228, deposited in the office of the New Zealand Railways Commission at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council

Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of tthe Executive Council, hereby licenses and permits W. Parkinson and Co. (Ak.), Limited, of Auckland (hereinafter called "'the company"', which term shall include its successors or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction), to use and occupy a part of the foreshore near the Ihuwaiti Stream, Moehau, Coromandel Peninsula, as shown on plan marked M.D. 9497 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of erecting and maintaining a wharf thereon as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the company upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
