Land Held for Housing Purposes Set Apart for a Police-station in the Borough of Mount Roskill

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for housing purposes, is hereby set apart for a police-station; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of June 1953.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 35.8 perches.
Being Lot 4, D.P. 40240, being part Allotment 11, Section 13, Suburbs of Auckland, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 803, folio 163 (Auckland Land Registry).
Situated in the Borough of Mount Roskill.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 17th day of June 1953.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of June 1953.
