NOTICE is given that a meeting of creditors of Robert David Donaldson, Company Manager, of Wellington, will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, 7 July 1953, at the Committee Room, First Floor, Dominion Farmers' Institute, Featherston Street, Wellington.

This meeting will be held for the purpose of considering the financial position of the above-named, and to hear the proposals by principal creditors in connection therewith.

ASHLEY COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Worker's Dwelling Loan 1952
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act 1926, the Ashley County Council hereby resolves as follows:

“ That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £3,000, authorized to be raised by the Ashley County Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of erecting a worker's dwelling, the said Ashley County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 0·057 of a penny in the pound upon the rateable value (on the basis of capital value) of all rateable property of the whole of the County of Ashley; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of September in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of twenty-five years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”

I hereby certify that the above resolution was passed at a meeting of the Ashley County Council held on the 4th day of June 1953.
