A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare
that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
set apart for housing purposes; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of
June 1953.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart:
1 rood.
Being Lot 2, D.P. 14323, being part Rural Section 3611.
Situated in Block III, Otaio Survey District (Canterbury
R.D.).

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for housing purposes; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of
June 1953.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclama-
tion dated the 21st day of September 1951, and published in
the New Zealand Gazette No. 77 of the 27th day of the same
month, at page 1428, taking land for housing purposes in the
City of Auckland, in so far as it affects the land described in
the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 170
of the Coal-mines Act 1925, I, Lieutenant-General Sir
Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of
New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land
described in the Schedule hereto, now held for housing purposes,
is hereby set apart for purposes incidental to coal-mining
operations under Part III of the Coal-mines Act 1925; and
I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 22nd day of June 1953.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 33.26
perches.
Being Lot 3, D.P. 4396, being part Section 54, situated in

Amenities, Additional Accommodation for the Adminis-
trative Functions of the Auckland Harbour Board, Space
for a Mobile Plant Garage, and Accommodation for the
Users of the Port of Auckland

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare
that the leasehold estates in the land described in the Schedule
hereto, held from the Auckland Harbour Board by Newdick
Bros., Limited, of Auckland, under and by virtue of Memoran-
dum of Lease No. 19724 (Auckland Registry) as to the land
first described in the said Schedule, and under and by virtue
of Memorandum of Lease No. 19723 (Auckland Registry) as
to the land secondly described in the said Schedule, are hereby
taken for the purpose of providing accommodation for workers'
amenities, additional accommodation for the administrative
functions of the Auckland Harbour Board, space for a mobile
plant garage, and accommodation for the users of the port
of Auckland, and shall vest in the Auckland Harbour Board
as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
22nd day of June 1953.
