A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for the purposes of the Auckland-Hamilton motor-way, is hereby set apart for the Auckland-Hamilton motor-way.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 37.9 perches. Being part Section 90, Lawry Settlement, in Proclamation 13062.
Situated in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District (Borough of Ellerslie), (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 37127.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 140275, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 30th day of May 1953.

Pursuant to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a post-office; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of June 1953.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 1 rood 32.32 perches.
Being formerly stopped Government road adjoining or passing through Lots 9, 10, and 11, D.P. 9132, and Lots 3 and 4, D.P. 12153, being parts Sections 4 and 5, Wainui District.
Situated in Block II, Paekakariki Survey District. (S.O. 22752.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 139725, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Pursuant to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of June 1953.
