A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, and section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the Auckland-Hamilton motor-way.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 30th day of May 1953.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of the Auckland-Hamilton motor-way; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of June 1953.
