A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 8th day of June 1953.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken:-

Being
8 2 25.9 Part Lot 1, D.P. 16946, being part Allotment 70,
Parish of Titirangi.
Situated in Block IV, Titirangi Survey District (Borough
of Mount Roskill), (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 37533.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is
more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 140258,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 27th day of May 1953.

hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 8th day of June 1953.

Land, Together With and Subject to Certain Easements, Taken
for a Pumping Station in the City of Christchurch

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and
declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is
hereby taken, together with the rights-of-way created by
Memoranda of Transfer Nos. 280532 and 331596 (Canterbury
Land Registry) and subject to the pipes easement created
by Memorandum of Transfer No. 256373 (Canterbury Land
Registry), for a pumping station, and shall vest in the
Christchurch Drainage Board as from the date hereinafter
mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the 8th day of June 1953.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 3 acres 3
roods 20.3 perches.
Being Lots 8, 9, 10, 11, and part Lot 12, D.P. 2648, being
part Rural Section 901.
Situated in the City of Christchurch (Canterbury R.D.).

particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 139840,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
