RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

Security Rate Domains Improvement Loan 1952, £20,000

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act 1926 and amendments and any other powers thereunto it enabling, the Hamilton City Council hereby resolves by way of special order to raise a loan not exceeding £20,000 to be used for the purpose of undertaking improvements at Seddon Park, Galloway Park, and the Lake Domain including the provision of stands, dressing-sheds, conveniences, and parking areas at Seddon Park and Galloway Park, such loan to be for a period of eighteen years and to be repaid with interest thereon by equal aggregate half-yearly instalments extended over such period, and to be secured by a special rate of one-tenth of a penny in the pound on the rateable value unimproved of all rateable property within the City of Hamilton.

I hereby certify that the above is a true copy of a resolution passed by the Hamilton City Council at a duly constituted meeting held on the 7th day of January 1953.
