Price Order No. 1444 (Amendment No. 3 of Price Order No. 1393) (Eggs)

Pursuant to the Control of Prices Act 1947, the Price Tribunal, acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce,
hereby makes the following amending Price Order:-

  1. This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 1444, and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order 1393* (hereinafter referred to as the principal Order).

  2. This Order shall come into force on the 26th day of January 1953.

  3. The principal Order is hereby amended by revoking the First and Second Schedules thereto, and substituting the following Schedules:-

Notice is hereby given that statements of accounts and balance-sheets in respect of the undermentioned estates, together with the report of the Audit Office thereon, have been duly filed in the above Court; and I hereby further give notice that at the sitting of the said Court, to be holden on Friday, the 13th day of February 1953, I intend to apply for an order releasing me from the administration of the said estates.

Evidence of the loss of Renewable Lease, Volume 654, folio 49 (Auckland Registry), for 260 acres, more or less, being Section 13, Block I, Colville Survey District, whereof Her Majesty The Queen is the lessor and James Ward and Tom Ward, both of Colville, Farmers, are lessees, having been lodged with me together with an application to issue a provisional lease in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such provisional lease on the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the New Zealand Gazette containing this notice.
