A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land
described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 26th day of January 1953.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 4 acres and 2·28
perches.
Being Lots 73, 74, 75, and 80, and part Lots 71, 72, and 81, D.P.
381, Township of Holyrood, being part Sections 126, 127, and
128.
Situated in Wakari Survey District (City of Dunedin), (Otago
R.D.). (S.O. 11633.)
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 139213, deposited in the
office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General,
and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 16th day
of January 1953.

Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for a Public School in the City of
Hamilton

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the
leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held
by Eileen Lindsay, of Hamilton, from Her Majesty the Queen,
under and by virtue of Memorandum of Lease No. 16492 (Auckland
Land Registry) is hereby taken for a public school; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
26th day of January 1953.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land in respect of which the lease-
hold estate is taken: 5 acres 2 roods 22·9 perches.
Being Lot 1, D.P.S. 175, being part Section 419, Town of Hamilton
East, and being part of the land comprised and described in

soil-conservation purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 26th day of January 1953.

General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the
Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for
a main highway depot; and I also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 26th day of January 1953.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 2 acres
1 rood 38·4 perches.
Being Sections 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14.
Situated in Block XXXVIII, Town of Cromwell, Borough of

In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly

Adding to the Outer Area of the Otago Electric-power District an
Adjoining Area in the Clutha County

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Electric-power Boards Act 1925, I,
Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie,
the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare that as from
the date hereof the area described in the Schedule hereto shall be
included in and shall form part of the existing outer area of the
Otago Electric-power District.
SCHEDULE
All that area in the Otago Land District, being part of the County
of Clutha, bounded by a line commencing at the south-eastern
corner of Block VII, Waipahi Survey District; thence proceeding
northerly along the eastern boundary of Block VII aforesaid to the
southern boundary of Section 6, Block VII aforesaid; thence
westerly along the southern boundaries of Sections 6, 7, and 8,
Block VII aforesaid, and the crossing of a railway and a road, to
the south-eastern boundary of Section 4s, Arthurton Settlement;
thence south-westerly generally along the south-eastern boundary
of Section 4s aforesaid to the southern boundary of Block VII
aforesaid; thence easterly along the aforesaid southern boundary
to the point of commencement. As the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked S.H.D. 234, deposited in the office
of the State Hydro-electric Department at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General,
and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 19th day
of December 1952.
