A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, I,
Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie,
the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land
described in the Schedule hereto, which was acquired as to the
land thirteenthly and fifteenthly described in the said
Schedule, together with the benefit of a right-of-way
created in and by Memorandum of Transfer No. 338902
(Auckland Registry) and as to the land eleventhly described
in the said Schedule, subject to the right to lay cables and
transmit electricity created in and by Memorandum of Transfer
No. 328520 (Auckland Registry) and as to the land twentiethly
described in the said Schedule, subject to the drainage rights
created in and by Memorandum of Transfer No. 354321
(Auckland Registry), to be Crown land, subject to the Land
Act 1948, together with the benefit of the said right-of-way
as to the said land thirteenthly and fifteenthly described in the
said Schedule, subject also to the said right to lay cables and
transmit electricity as to the said land eleventhly described in
the said Schedule, and subject also to the said drainage rights
as to the said land twentiethly described in the said Schedule.
