P URSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by John Robert George McTaggart, of Oaro, Farmer, under and by virtue of Crown Lease, Volume 40, folio 52 (Marlborough Registry), is hereby taken for the purposes of the South Island Main Trunk Railway (South End) (66 m. to 73 m.).
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land in respect of which the above described leasehold estate is taken: 1 rood 32-5 perches.
Being part Small Grazing Run 95.
Situated in Block XV, Hundalee Survey District (Marlborough R.D.). (S.O. 3865.) In the Marlborough Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 140134, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 14th day of May 1953.

P URSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 170 of the Coal-mines Act 1925, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the rights created by Memorandum of Transfer No. 35127 (Southland Land Registry), for coal-mining operations under Part III of the Coal-mines Act 1925; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of May 1953.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 35 acres 2 roods 5 perches.
Being parts of Lot 21, D.P. 1289, being part of Section 182. Situated in Block III, Wairio Survey District (Southland R.D.). (S.O. 6044.) In the Southland Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 138148, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

P URSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of May 1953.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 1 rood 20.9 perches.
Being Lot 205, D.P. 38233, being part Allotment 41, District of Tamaki, in Proclamation No. 13572, and being formerly part of the land comprised and described in certificates of title, Volume 850, folio 255, and Volume 639, folio 187 (Auckland Land Registry).
Situated in the Borough of Mount Wellington.
