A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road-diversions in connection
with the South Island Main Trunk Railway (South End) (66 m. to 73 m.).

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road-diversions
in connection with the South Island Main Trunk Railway (South End) (66 m. to 73 m.) ; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the 25th day of May 1953.
