Land Held for Housing Purposes Set Apart for the Purposes of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway (Auckland-Westfield Deviation)
in the City of Auckland

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 47 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for housing purposes, is hereby set apart for the purposes of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway (Auckland-Westfield Deviation); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of May 1953.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 14th day of May 1953.
