SCHEDULE showing all lands vested in the Public Trustee under the Public Trust Office Act 1908, Part II, Unclaimed Lands, subsequent to the list published in The New Zealand Gazette No. 46 of 20 July 1950, and during the triennial period subsequent thereto, and terminating on the 31st day of March 1953, with the names of the person or persons believed by the Public Trustee to have any estate or interest therein.
Published in pursuance of section 85 of the said Act.

The following schedule shows all land vested in the Public Trustee under the Public Trust Office Act 1908, Part II, Unclaimed Lands, during the triennial period terminating on the 31st day of March 1953, with the names of the person or persons believed by the Public Trustee to have any estate or interest therein. This return is made in pursuance of section 85 of the said Act.

Allotment 45 of the Parish of Apata, and being the whole of the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 576, folio 21 (Auckland Registry), the registered proprietor whereof is James O'Hara, of Auckland, Labourer 50 0 0 James O’Hara .. 20 April 1950.
Allotment 499 of the Parish of Te Papa, Tauranga County ; bounded on the north by Allotment 498 of the said parish, 3,096 links; on the west by the Mangapapa River ; on the south by Allotment 522 of the said parish, 2,830 links; and on the east by a road, 1,870 links; being the whole of the land described in an unregistered Crown grant to John Donnelly, Private in the First Regiment of the Waikato Militia, and now comprised in certificate of title, Volume 945, folio 18, of the register-book at Auckland 50 0 0 John Donnelly .. 9 November 1950.
Allotment 507, Parish of Te Papa, Tauranga County, being the whole of the land described in an unregistered Crown grant to Joseph Bartlett, Private of the Waikato Militia, and now comprised in certificate of title, Volume 779, folio 286 (Auckland Registry) 50 0 0 Joseph Bartlett .. 8 February 1951.
Allotment 108 in the Parish of Kaiwaka, County of Marsden (now Whangarei); bounded on the north by a line, 1,335 links; on the north-east by a road 100 links wide, 750 links; on the south by Allotment 109 in the said parish, 1,660 links; and on the west by a line, 663 links; and being the whole of the land comprised in an unregistered Crown grant to John Horner, of Te Arai, Farmer 10 0 0 John Horner .. 10 May 1951.
Situate at Halcombe, being part of Subdivision A, Manchester Block, being also Lot 272, Block XIX, on the plan deposited in the Lands Registry Office at Wellington as No. 42, and being part of the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 355, folio 281, of the register-book of the said office, the registered proprietor of which is the Colonists Land and Loan Corporation, Ltd., the voluntary winding-up of which was completed in 1916 1 0 0 The Colonists Land and Loan Corporation, Ltd. Not proceeded with as District Land Registrar refused to recognize the Public Trustee’s title upon the ground that land had become Crown property on dissolution of company. 17 May 1951.
Section 1, Block XX, Town of Palmerston, being all the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 9, folio 199 (Otago Registry), and being all the land comprised in a grant dated the 20th day of September 1872, under the Otago Waste Lands Act 1866, to one Edward John Filewood, of Palmerston, Settler 0 1 0 Edward John Filewood 24 May 1951.
Lot 25 on Deeds Plan No. 20 and being part Section 35, Block IX, on the public maps of the Opunake Survey District, being all the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 134, folio 59 (Taranaki Registry), (limited as to area and as to parcels), and being all the land comprised in Conveyance No. 45639, dated the 3rd day of March 1922, from Louisa Beatrice Whittington, of Opunake, Married Woman, to Michael Bowler, of Opunake, Painter 1 12 3 Michael Bowler .. 31 May 1951.
Section 7 of Block 1 of the Town of Beauly, as shown on the plan endorsed on Crown grant No. 31909 to John Patton, of Beauly, Settler, and being the whole of the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 211, folio 98, of the register-book at Dunedin 0 1 2 John Patton .. 14 June 1951.
Allotment 357 of the Parish of Te Papa, and being the whole of the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 575, folio 60 (Auckland Registry), (limited as to title and as to area), and being all the land comprised in Conveyance No. 280K from John Duncan to John Magill, of Tauranga, Settler, which conveyance bears date the 1st day of May 1868 50 0 0 John Magill .. 23 August 1951.
Allotment 358 of the Parish of Te Papa, and being the whole of the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 575, folio 80 (Auckland Registry), (limited as to title and as to area), and being all the land comprised in Crown Grant No. 91028 (Record No. 3 G.K. 191), dated the 9th day of September 1868, to John Magill sometime Private in the First Regiment of the Waikato Militia Situated in Blocks II, IV, and V, Ahipara Survey District, called Wairoa No. 2, being the whole of land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 351, folio 25, of the register-book in the Lands Registry Office at Auckland, the registered proprietor of which is the Ahipara Gum Co., Ltd., dissolution of which took effect as from the 12th day of October 1927 50 0 0 Ahipara Gum Co., Ltd. 25 October 1951.
Town Allotment 220, Block XVII, Township of Normanby, and being all the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 3, folio 52 (Taranaki Registry), and being all the land comprised in Transfer No. 394, dated the 12th day of July 1877, from William Odgers to Vernon Lipman Willeston, of Wellington, Gentleman 0 0 32 Vernon Lipman Willeston 13 December 1951.
Situate in the Town of Katikati, and being Lot 61 of a subdivision of part Allotment 57 of the Parish of Te Mania, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 22, folio 131 (Auckland Registry), and being all the land comprised in Transfer No. 2903, dated the 8th day of December 1880, from J. R. Smith to Joseph Ricketts Jeeves, of Katikati, Butcher 1 1 6 Joseph Ricketts Jeeves 28 February 1952.
Situate in the District of Lincoln, and being Lots 16 and 18, Block I, and Lots 3 and 5, Block II, on Deposited Plan 307, and being also parts of Rural Sections 4603 and 4830, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 46, folio 122 (Canterbury Registry), and being the whole of the land in Transfer No. 21732, dated the 24th day of October 1883, from J. T. Strange and another to William Bickerton and James William Kelly, of Christchurch, Merchants 0 3 21 William Bickerton and James William Kelly 15 February 1953.
