The Hamilton Milk Delivery Notice 1952, Amendment No. 1

Pursuant to the Milk Delivery Regulations 1949*, the Minister of Agriculture doth hereby give notice as follows:

  1. This notice may be cited as the Hamilton Milk Delivery Notice 1952, Amendment No. 1, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Hamilton Milk Delivery Notice, 1952† (hereinafter referred to as the principal scheme).

  2. Clause 4 of the principal scheme is hereby amended by revoking subclause (3), and substituting the following therefor:

' (3) Subject to the foregoing provision of this scheme, the names and addresses of the vendors who are parties to this scheme and the areas in which they may deliver milk are as follows:-

2. T. le M. Hutchesson, P.O. Box 556, Hamilton In the zone numbered (2), and all wholesale supplies of loose and bottled milk and/or cream to Hyde and Mackie's Shop and the Tui Dairy, Heaphy Terrace in the zone numbered (1).
3. J. J. Curran, Peacocke's Road, Hamilton In the zone numbered (3), and Murray's Milk Bar, Victoria Street, in the zone numbered (27).
4. A. A. Hogan, 119 Peachgrove Road, Hamilton In the zone numbered (4).
5. J. Bowler, Naylor Street, Hamilton East In the zone numbered (5), and all wholesale supplies to the Royal Hotel and the Waikato Hotel, Grey Street, in the zone numbered (25), and all supplies of loose or bottled milk to Berlei (N.Z.) Ltd., in Cook Street in the zone numbered (24), and to Masonic Hall, Myrtle Street, in the zone numbered (6), and to the Masonic Hall, Grey Street, in the zone numbered (25).
