HOROWHENUA COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR ROAD PURPOSES UNDER THE PUBLIC WORKS ACT 1928
NOTICE is hereby given that the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Horowhenua require to take the lands described in the Schedule hereto. The lands are required for the purpose of a public work—namely, for road. Notice is hereby given that a plan of the said lands is open for inspection at the offices of the Horowhenua County Council, Bath Street, Levin. All persons affected by such taking are hereby required to set forth in writing any well-grounded objections to the execution of such work or to the taking of such lands and to send such writing, within forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice, to the County Clerk at the Council Chambers, Bath Street, Levin.

The pieces of land firstly, secondly, and thirdly above described being situate in Block VIII of the Mount Robinson Survey District and the pieces of land fourthly and fifthly described being situate in Block I of the Waiopahu Survey District, and all are situate in the County of Horowhenua.

HUTT COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND UNDER THE PUBLIC WORKS ACT 1928
NOTICE is hereby given that the Hutt County Council requires to take the land firstly described in the Schedule hereto for a public work—namely, the construction of a service lane; and notice is hereby further given that the Hutt County Council requires to take the land secondly described in the Schedule hereto for a public work—namely, the erection of workers' dwellings.
A plan of the said respective pieces of land is open for inspection at the offices of Messrs. Brandon, Ward, & Watts, Solicitors, 150–52 Featherston Street, Wellington. All persons affected by such taking are hereby required to set forth in writing any well-grounded objections to the execution of either or both of such works or to the taking of either or both of such pieces of land and to send such notice, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the County Clerk, Hutt County Council, Bowen House, Wellington.

FIRSTLY, that piece of land containing 20·34 perches, be the same a little more or less, being part of Lot 71 on Block I of Deposited Plan 2767, as the same is shown edged red on the plan referred to above.
Secondly, that piece of land containing 1 rood 23·58 perches, be the same a little more or less, being another part of Lot 71 on Block I of Deposited Plan 2767, as the same is shown edged green on the plan referred to above.
