Crown Land Set Apart for Railway Purposes at Bluff

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and
declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto
is hereby set apart for railway purposes; and I do also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 11th day of May 1953.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart:
1 rood.
Being Section 18, Block XIV, Town of Campbelltown.
Situated in Block 1, Campbelltown Hundred. (S.O. 258.)
In the Southland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 12149,
deposited in the office of the New Zealand Railways Com-
mission at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 30th day of April 1953.

Christchurch Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928,
I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke
Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim
and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby set apart for a university college; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 11th day of May 1953.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart:
1 acre 1 rood 35 perches.
Being Lot 210, D.P. 7955, being part Rural Section 12.
Situated in Block X, Christchurch Survey District
(Canterbury R.D.).
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 140029,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,

Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and
declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto
is hereby set apart for housing purposes; and I also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
11th day of May 1953.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart:
1 acre 3 roods 7.3 perches.
Being Sections 20 to 28 (inclusive), Block II, Waitakaruru
Township.
Situated in Block X, Wharekawa Survey District

In the South Auckland Land District; as the same is

at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

subject to the Land Act 1948.

land: 1 rood.
Being Lot 44, D.P. 1472, Whatatutu Township (part Whata-
tutu B 3A 1).
Situated in Block XII, Mangatu Survey District (Gisborne
R.D.)
In the Gisborne Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 140063,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon edged red.

Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare
the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land
subject to the Land Act 1948.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown
land: 6.65 perches.
Being part Lot 9, D.P. 15301, being part Section 59, Hutt
District.
Situated in Block IX, Belmont Survey District (City
