PURSUANT to section 44 of the Public Reserves and Domains Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby appoints
Claude Herbert James Jensen Andrews,
Edwin Malcolm Brown,
Samuel Andrew Esler,
Hutton Krogh,
Hector Stephen Peacock,
Donald Richmond Phipps, and Bertrand Charles Maurice Spiers
to be the Murchison Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and hereby appoints Monday; the 20th day of April 1953, at 8 o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the County Council Chambers, Murchison, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

Changing the Purpose of a Reserve in Drury Survey District, North Auckland Land District

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 20th day of April 1953

THE RIGHT HON S. G. HOLLAND PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is a reserve duly set apart for a site for public buildings or other purposes of the General Government:
And whereas it is expedient that the purpose of the reservation over such land shall be changed to a reserve for general education:
Now, therefore, pursuant to subsection (1) (a) of section 7 of the Public Reserves and Domains Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby changed from a reserve for a site for public buildings or other purposes of the General Government to a reserve for general education.

Cancelling the Vesting of a Reserve in the Raglan County Council

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 20th day of April 1953
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. S. G. HOLLAND PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is a reserve for a cemetery and is vested, in trust, in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Raglan for a public cemetery:
And whereas it is expedient that the vesting of the said land as hereinbefore referred to should be cancelled, and the Raglan County Council has duly consented to such cancellation:
Now, therefore, pursuant to subsection (1) of section 10 of the Public Reserves and Domains Act 1928; His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby cancels the vesting in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Raglan of the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Altering the Boundaries of the Nelson Milk District

Pursuant to the Milk Act 1944, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council hereby alters, as from the 1st day of May 1953, the boundaries of the Nelson Milk District constituted by Order in Council dated the 12th day of June 1946,* and of which the boundaries were altered by Order in Council dated 27th day of October 1948† by including therein that portion of the Waimea County more particularly described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
FIRSTLY, all that area in the Waimea County within a radius of two miles of the railway-station in the Township of Brightwater.
Secondly, all that area in the Waimea County within a radius of two miles of the railway-station in the Township of Wakefield.

Authorizing Erection of a Public Hall on Waihaorunga Domain, Canterbury Land District

Pursuant to subsection (1) (d) of section 52 of the Public Reserves and Domains Act 1928; I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby authorize the Waihaorunga Domain Board to erect a public hall on that portion of the Waihaorunga Domain under its control described in the Schedule hereto.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT—PORTION OF WAIHAORUNGA DOMAIN
ALL that area situated in Block XV, Waihao Survey District, containing by admeasurement 3 acres 1 rood, more or less, being part Reserve 4628. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/1339A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (S.O. plan 8422.)
