Land and an Easement Over Land Taken for Housing Purposes
in Block VII, Christchurch Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby
taken for housing purposes; and I also hereby proclaim and
declare that an easement is hereby taken for housing purposes
over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto vesting
in Her Majesty the Queen full and free liberty, right, license,
and authority in perpetuity to lay, construct, place, reconstruct,
cleanse, repair, and maintain a line of sewer-pipes under, along,
and over the said land, and to connect such line of pipes to the
manhole and sewer adjoining the said land, and to use the said
line of pipes for the unimpeded conveyance of sewage, such
easement to be appurtenant to the land described in the First
Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 27th day of April 1953.

SECOND SCHEDULE

292; coloured blue.
All situated in Block VII, Christchurch Survey District
(Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 8568.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 139929,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 20th day of April 1953.

for a post-office; and I also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 27th day of April 1953.

more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
139938, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

for an automatic-telephone exchange; and I also declare that
this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th
day of April 1953.

0.4 perches.
Being Section 48, Town of Wanganui, and being also the
whole of the land shown edged green on D.P. 7290,
and being the whole of the land comprised and described
in certificate of title, Volume 331, folio 17 (Wellington
Land Registry).
Situated in the City of Wanganui.

General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
