Price Order No. 1453 (Amendment No. 5 of Price Order No. 1393) (Eggs)

PURSUANT to the Control of Prices Act 1947, the Price Tribunal, acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, hereby makes the following amending Price Order:—

This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 1453, and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order 1393* (hereinafter referred to as the principal Order).
This Order shall come into force on the 16th day of March 1953.
The principal Order is hereby amended by adding the following new subclause to clause 7:—

“(3) Every wholesaler (including a producer selling otherwise than by way of retail) who sells any eggs to which this Order applies shall specify in the relevant invoices with respect to each item the classification of the eggs comprised in the item.”

The principal Order is hereby further amended by revoking the First and Second Schedules thereto, and substituting the following Schedules:—
