COOK ISLANDS—SOUTH PACIFIC OCEAN

Alteration in Standard Time

STANDARD time in the territory of Cook Islands, with the exception of Nine Island, has been altered to correspond with the meridian of 157° 30′ west longitude, or 10 h. 30 m. slow of Greenwich Mean Time.

Amended Bearing of Leading Beacons

Position—

(a) Shag Reef front beacon, lat. 43° 36′·9 S., long. 172° 42′·7 E. (approx.).

(b) Reclaimed land front beacon, lat. 43° 36′·6 S., long. 172° 42′·7 E. (approx.).

Details: The bearing of these two sets of leading beacons is to be amended :—

(a) From 262° to 260°·5.

(b) From 303°·5 to 302°.
