Price Order No. 1425 (Amendment No. 1 of Price Order 1299),
(Golden Syrup and Treacle)

PURSUANT to the Control of Prices Act 1947, the Price Tribunal,
acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and
Commerce, hereby makes the following amending Price Order :—

This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 1425, and shall
be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 1299*
(hereinafter referred to as the principal Order).
This Order shall come into force on the 21st day of November
The principal Order is hereby amended by revoking clause
7 thereof.

Dated at Wellington, this 18th day of November 1952.

IT is hereby notified that unclaimed property in the hands of the
Police at Auckland, Hamilton, Napier, Palmerston North,
Wellington, Nelson, Christchurch, Dunedin, and Invercargill
Stations will, if not claimed before Saturday, 13 December 1952,
be sold thereafter by public auction.

Particulars as to the time and place of sale may be obtained
from the Superintendent or Inspector of Police in charge of the
District.
