A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Humphrey Francis O’Leary, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of November 1952.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 21·1 perches. Being Allotment 57, Section 2, Parish of Takapuna, situated in the Borough of Devonport, and being formerly the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 189, folio 136 (Auckland Land Registry).

PURSUANT to section 6 of the Housing Amendment Act 1940, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the access-way described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Otahuhu and be under the control and management of the Otahuhu Borough Council.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become county road.
SCHEDULE
ALL that portion of road in the South Auckland Land District situated in Block XVI, Pirongia Survey District, commencing at a point on the eastern boundary of Section 46 of the aforesaid Block XVI, and proceeding thence in an easterly direction generally for a distance of approximately 56 chains, and terminating at its junction with the legal road forming the general eastern boundary of Section 50 of the aforesaid Block XVI. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 138668, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked A–B.
