PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, I, Sir Humphrey Francis O'Leary, the Administrator
of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the
land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby pro-
claim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 1 rood
29·25 perches.
Being part of Section 37; coloured blue.
SECOND SCHEDULE
Road Closed
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 rood 26·93 perches.
Adjoining part Section 37, Block XIV, Lower Wanaka Survey
District, and Sections 12 and 25, Block X, Town of Wanaka;
coloured green.
All situated in Block XIV, Lower Wanaka Survey District

office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
as above mentioned.

matic-telephone exchange ; and I also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 24th day of November 1952.
