O'LEARY, Administrator of the Government A PROCLAMATION PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Humphrey Francis O'Leary, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a technical school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of November 1952. Situated in Block XV, Omapere Survey District (Borough of Kaikohe), (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 37165.) In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 138734, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned. SCHEDULE APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 189 acres. Being Reserve 1176, in the Lincoln District in the Province of Canterbury, situated in Block II, Leeston Survey District, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 4, folio 86 (Canterbury Land Registry). SCHEDULE APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 1 rood. Being Section 17, Block VIII, Matamata Township, Matamata Settlement, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 650, folio 55 (Auckland Land Registry).
