A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Sir Humphrey Francis O'Leary, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as provisional State forest land.
SCHEDULE
NELSON LAND DISTRICT—NELSON CONSERVANCY
ALL that area in the Nelson Land District, Waimea County, containing by admeasurement 566 acres, more or less, being part of Sections 10 and 11, Block VI, Tadmor Survey District, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the north-east by Section 6, Block VI, Tadmor Survey District; towards the south-east by other parts of Sections 10 and 11, Block VI, aforesaid; and towards the south-west and north-west by provisional State forest (New Zealand Gazette 1920, page 2110). As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 108/82, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (Nelson plan S.O. 9770.)

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Humphrey Francis O'Leary, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of November 1952.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 2 acres 18·56 perches.
Being Lot 2, D.P. 11875, being parts of Lots 3 and 4 of Section 11, Hutt District.
Situated in Block XIV, Belmont Survey District, Lower Hutt City.
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 11890, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon edged green.

Being Lot 1, D.P. 6686, being part Section G, New Plymouth Town Belt, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 164, folio 55 (Taranaki Land Registry).
