NEW ZEALAND—NORTH ISLAND—NEW PLYMOUTH

Air Obstruction Lights

MIKOTAHI Point Light, lat. 39° 03'·4 S., long. 174° 01'·7 E.
(approx.). All bearings and distances are to be taken from
this position.

Details : Mariners are advised that fixed red lights exist on
radio masts in the following positions :—

(1) 073° distant 5 miles.
(2) 079° distant 7·5 miles.

Radio masts at present unlit, which are conspicuous
from seaward, exist in position :—
(3) 077° distant 11·3 miles.

Notice to Mariners No. 69 of 1952

NEW ZEALAND—SOUTH ISLAND—BLENHEIM

Lighted Aircraft Beacon Established

MARINERS are advised that an occasional alternating flashing
light, conspicuous from seaward, exists in the following
position :—

(a) Lat. 41° 30'·9 S., long. 173° 52'·3 E. (approx.) on Chart
N.Z. 23.
(b) Lat. 41° 30'·1 S., long. 174° 04'·7 E. (approx.) on Charts
695, 2054, and 3629. The light bears 083¼° distant 8·25
miles from Tracking Point Light, position (b).

Description : Alt. Fl. G.W. 3·75 sec. (Occasl.).
Details : This light is only exhibited during the transit of
aircraft over the area.

NOTICE is hereby given that under regulation 6 of the Tuberculosis
Regulations 1951, the following persons (all being registered
medical practitioners) and being additional to those contained in
New Zealand Gazette No. 59, dated 13 October 1949, page 2453, and
No. 26, dated 4 May 1950, page 530, and No. 36, dated 3 May 1951,
page 622, and No. 23, dated 20 March 1952, page 416, have been
approved as qualified to perform vaccinations against tuberculosis
in accordance with the provisions of the aforesaid regulations :—
