Warrant Vesting Control of the Tirohia Bridge Over the Waihou River in the Ohinemuri County Council and Apportioning Costs of Repairs and Maintenance Thereof

URSUANT to section 136 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Humphrey Francis O'Leary, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby vest in the Ohinemuri County Council the care, control, and management of the bridge over the Waihou River known as the Tirohia Bridge, and hereby fix and determine that the cost of repairing and maintaining the said bridge on and after the 1st day of November 1952 shall be provided and paid by the Piako and Ohinemuri County Councils in equal shares; and further direct that thereafter the contributions hereby required to be made by the Piako County Council to the Ohinemuri County Council shall be paid within one month after written demand therefor has been received at the office of the Piako County Council.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, this 12th day of November 1952.
