A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Humphrey Francis O’Leary, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, together with the benefit of the water rights appurtenant thereto, created by Transfer No. 96381, is hereby taken for the development of water-power (Lake Taupo and the Waikato River Power Scheme).
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 52 acres 1 rood 1 perch. Being part Lot 45, D.P. 3078, being part of the Waipa Block, situated in Block IV, Maungatautari Survey District, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 853, folio 96 (Auckland Land Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of November 1952.

Revoking Portion of a Proclamation Taking Land for Housing Purposes in Block II, Clive Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Humphrey Francis O’Leary, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 27th day of July 1949 and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 44 of the 28th day of the same month, at page 1590, taking land for housing purposes in Block II, Clive Survey District, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land no longer required: 3 acres 3 roods 36·6 perches.
Being Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16, D.P. 8069, being part West Clive Rural Section 34 and part Section 7R, and being part of the land in Proclamation No. 2160, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry.
Situated in Block II, Clive Survey District (Hawke’s Bay R.D.).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 7th day of November 1952.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 47 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Sir Humphrey Francis O’Leary, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for the purposes of an aerodrome (housing), is hereby set apart for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of November 1952.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 1 rood.
Being Lot 2, D.P. 17233, being part Allotment 1 of the Waari Hamlet, situated in the Borough of Henderson, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 413, folio 173 (Auckland Registry).

Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Humphrey Francis O’Leary, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 1 rood 6·4 perches.
Being part Lot 11, Block XIV, Te Kuiti Maori Township.
Situated in Block III, Otanake Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 35544.)

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Humphrey Francis O’Leary, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 12th day of August 1952 and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 54 of the 14th day of the same month, at page 1349, declaring land acquired, together with the benefit of certain rights, for a Government work, and not required for that purpose, to be Crown land, and hereby declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, which was acquired, as to the land secondly described in the said Schedule, together with the benefit of the drainage rights reserved by Memorandum of Transfer No. 119895 (Otago Land Registry) for a Government work, and is not now required for that purpose to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948, together with the benefit of the said drainage rights.
