THE following special order made by the Waitemata County Council on the 28th day of August 1952 is published in accordance with the provisions of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950.

SPECIAL ORDER

THAT, in pursuance of the powers conferred upon it by the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Waitemata County Council doth hereby declare the following trees and plants referred to in the First Schedule of the aforementioned Act to be noxious weeds within the County of Waitemata:-

Bindweed (Convolvulus arvensis).
Blackberry (Rubus fruticosus and Rubus laciniatus).
Californian thistle, Canadian thistle, or creeping thistle (Cirsium arvense).
Crack willow (Salix fragilis).
Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare).

Fixing the Inspection Fee Payable on Graded Apples and Pears
(Notice No. Ag. 5325)

Pursuant to regulation 96 of the New Zealand Grown Fruit Regulations 1952, the Minister of Agriculture hereby fixes the inspection fee payable on and from the 1st day of December 1952 on graded apples and pears passed through recognized inspection points at one halfpenny (½d.) for each bushel case and one farthing (¼d.) for each case other than a bushel case.
