P URSUANT to subsection (1) (b) of section 7 of the Public
Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act. 1928, His
Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby revokes
the reservation for a watering place over the land described in the
Schedule hereto, and hereby declares that the said land, being vested
in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land
Act 1948.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALLOTMENT 29, Section 11, Suburbs of Auckland, situated in
Block VIII, Rangitoto Survey District (being all the land set apart
by Proclamation published in Auckland Provincial Gazette 1871,

Recreation Reserves in Wellington Land District Brought Under
Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks
Act 1928

IN COUNCIL

P URSUANT to section 34 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and
National Parks Act 1928, His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of
the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the reserves
for recreation in the Wellington Land District described in the
Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby brought under
the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of
Part II of the said Act, and such reserves shall hereafter form part
of the Korau Park Domain, and shall be managed, administered,
and dealt with as a public domain by the Korau Park Domain Board.

SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 31 acres and 24·6 perches,
more or less, being Lot 59 as shown on a plan deposited in the Land
Registry Office at Wellington under No. 14251, being part Sections
67, 70, and 72, Hutt District.

Also all that area containing by admeasurement 11·9 perches,
more or less, being Lot 80 as shown on a plan deposited as aforesaid
under No. 14665, being part section 67, Hutt District.

Also all that area containing by admeasurement 1 rood 8·27
perches, more or less, being Lot 17 as shown on a plan deposited as
aforesaid under No. 12783, being part Section 70, Hutt District.

Also all that area containing by admeasurement 2 roods
21·23 perches, more or less, being Lot 70 as shown on a plan de-

trator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that
the reserve for recreation in the North Auckland Land District
described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby
brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the
provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserve shall here-
after form part of the Port Albert Domain and be managed, adminis-
tered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Port Albert Domain
Board.

ALL that area situated in Block XI, Otamatea Survey District,
containing an area of approximately 1 acre and 20 perches, being
part Allotment M. 145, Parish of Oruawharo, and being all the
land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 772,

1928

recreation in the Canterbury Land District described in the Schedule
hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation
of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said
Act, and such reserve shall hereafter be known as the Gapes Valley
Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public
domain.

SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
RESERVE 4655, situated in Block VIII, Opihi Survey District :
Area, 2 acres, more or less. Subject to the reservations and
conditions imposed by section 59 of the Land Act 1948.

hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation
of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said
Act, and such reserve shall hereafter form part of the Omakau Domain,
and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain
by the Omakau Domain Board.

SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
SECTIONS 2 to 6 (inclusive), 9, and 12 to 17 (inclusive), Block VIII,
Town of Manuherikia, and Sections 63 and 65, Block I, Tiger Hill
Survey District, and being all the land comprised and described in
certificate of title, Volume 355, folio 221 (Otago Registry) : Total
area, 136 acres 1 rood 4 perches, more or less. Subject to the
reservations and conditions imposed by section 59 of the Land Act
