A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Humphrey
Francis O'Leary, the Administrator of the Government of
New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described
in the Schedule hereto, now held for housing purposes, is hereby
set apart for post-and-telegraph purposes (line-store and depot);
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 8th day of September 1952.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 7 acres 0 roods
39·8 perches.
Being Lot 2, D.P. 15318, and being part Sections 56 and 188, and
part subdivisions 14 and 15 of Section 58, Hutt District, and
being part of the land comprised and described in certificate
of title, Volume 578, folio 40 (Wellington Land Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New
Zealand, this 1st day of September 1952.

P URSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Humphrey
Francis O'Leary, the Administrator of the Government of
New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land
described in the Schedules hereto is hereby taken for the East Coast
Main Trunk Railway (Maunganui Bluff - Te Puke Section).
FIRST SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 4 acres
3 roods 32·5 perches.
Being part Whareroa Block; coloured yellow.
Situated in Block VII, Tauranga Survey District (Auckland
R.D.). (S.O. 35554.)
In the South Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 137461, de-
posited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and
thereon coloured as above mentioned.
SECOND SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 4 acres
1 rood 2·9 perches.
Being Section 20, Block VII, Tauranga Survey District, and being
the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of
title, Volume 814, folio 264 (Auckland Land Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of
the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 27th day of August 1952.
